The combination of better technology and a strong economy are even more important that a candidate will catch up with what? It’s happening now, or risk a very long job search.
1. Avoid? Missing person? problems!
Many job seekers believe it is not visible in a Google search of the name is good for them. I’m confused “invisibility” in the “privacy” – two very different things! Privacy is good, invisibility is bad!
